You don’t have to be graduating UVA with your Bachelor’s Degree to get graduation photos taken! I had the honor of photographing this amazing woman upon the occasion of her successful defense of her PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Virginia. Wearing a Doctoral Cap and Hood, we did portraits on and around UVA’s Lawn and Rotunda. She brought two outfits, a custom made balloon prop, and most importantly, a good friend who helped to keep the shoot fun!
